The production cycle envisages the
casting of aluminum, zamak and brass,
the pressing of plastic materials and
the subsequent mechanical manufacturing,
finishing and assembly phases.
For this purpose, RAS makes use of the
pressure casting of nylon, aluminum,
zamak and brass;
it has numerically controlled lathes and
various automatic and semiautomatic
machine tools for mechanical
manufacturing and for the assembly of
various accessories.
Ras independently
produces it the dies for its own
products.
The products manufactured in this way
then undergo a series of inspections in
order to guarantee their safety and
reliability to the customer.
